Most of my clients didn't come to Vail to buy.
Most of them came to rent for a season or two before considering owning. Vail has always drawn a certain kind of person, someone looking to escape city life and get closer to nature. My clients decided they wanted to stay.

Stay before you buy
Many of my clients rent here three or four times before they buy.
A decade of luxury rentals in Vail Village means I see buildings from the inside: owner culture, governance, the realities behind the brochure. By the time we move toward acquisition, you've lived the building.
Rentals operate through Elevation Resort Management, which holds wholesale agreements at the Valley's most coveted addresses along with a collection of private homes and condos.
